Quote about our work: “The most important aspect of our work is the people. Every step of development and every decision is made with the people we help in mind. At Mosaic, the greatest reward is the opportunity to see the joy and hope in our tenants as they move into their new home.”
Draper’s entire career has been focused on affordable housing. Draper earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah and then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Charlotte School of Law, where he focused on real estate, land use, and zoning law. After passing the North Carolina Bar, he worked with Legal Aid of North Carolina, representing low-income clients in eviction court proceedings and housing subsidy hearings. He came to Mosaic with the dream of helping provide safe and quality housing for all people. His work with Mosaic includes project site identification, financial feasibly analysis, construction site inspection, and legal support for zoning, land use issues, and project legal documents.
Fun Fact: While in college, Draper drove a Zamboni at the local ice rink.
