Ms. Stilwell promotes the development and implementation of strategies to meet the Mosaic Mission to enhance communities and improve lives through diverse housing and economic development initiatives. She works with the Board and staff to maintain the relationships that are vital to our success. During her tenure with Mosaic she has participated in all aspects of our work including asset management, technical assistance, grant management and the finance and development of housing. Her extensive experience in administration and management is supported by over 25 years of public and private project management including seven years with the Charlotte Housing Authority working on HOPE VI funded redevelopment projects. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Fun Fact: Kathy has won a marksmanship contest and was recruited by West Point Military Academy.
