New Hire: Andrew Mayronne

Mosaic Development Group is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Mayronne as our new Senior Development Manager. Andrew brings more than 15 years of experience in housing and community development, with a career spanning public, nonprofit, philanthropy and private sector roles. Prior to joining Mosaic, he served as Acting Community Development Director for the Piedmont Triad Regional Council, where he led multi-county housing strategies and oversaw regional CDBG, HOME, and Housing Choice Voucher programs. He also previously served as President of Mayhaw Development and Consulting, structuring complex affordable housing financing, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, and guiding projects from predevelopment through stabilization across the Southeast. Earlier in his career, Andrew held roles as Housing Development Officer at Dogwood Health Trust, Community Development Analyst for Buncombe County, Community Development Consultant for the City of Asheville, and Asset Manager at TD Bank. He holds a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology. Andrew’s deep regional roots, relationship-driven approach, and commitment to equitable, community-centered development make him a strong addition to Mosaic’s team as the company continues to grow its housing pipeline across the region.
