Quote about our work: “The ability to access to safe, dignified, affordable housing is a fundamental element in each of our lives, contributing to our long term success, health and overall wellbeing.  Whether its families, seniors, veterans, or people with special needs, I am fortunate to work with the highly skilled and dedicated team at Mosaic to provide the housing they need to build a brighter future.”

With a career spanning more than two decades in both for-profit and non-profit environments, Bill has focused primarily on providing housing to those most in need. Prior to Mosaic Development Group, he served as a senior executive at Father Joe’s Villages, a large, San Diego-based non-profit dedicated to providing housing, shelter and comprehensive supportive services to people experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. In addition to overseeing the organization’s strategic planning, community and government relations, grant funding, fundraising, marketing and communications, he also spearheaded Turning the Key, the organization’s initiative to develop 2,000 units of affordable and supportive housing for those experiencing homelessness. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As the incoming Executive Director, Bill will build on Mosaic’s longstanding reputation for creating and operating quality affordable housing communities and strengthening the organization’s ability to fulfill its mission of enhancing communities and improving lives through diverse housing and economic development initiatives.

Fun Fact: In his off time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids exploring new places and discovering new hiking trails.
