Mr. Hemminger is a seasoned real estate development executive with over 25 years of experience delivering multifamily and mixed-income communities across the Southeast. He has led the full development lifecycle for more than 4,000 units totaling over $1 billion in capitalization, including garden-style, mid-rise, and complex urban high-rise projects. His career includes senior leadership roles with ZOM Living, where he established and managed regional development operations, and as a founding member of Laurel Street Residential, where he helped deliver award-winning affordable and mixed-income communities.

His expertise spans site identification, feasibility analysis, deal structuring, underwriting, land acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, construction oversight, and asset transition. He is highly experienced in public-private partnerships, multi-party agreements, and community engagement that support financial feasibility and neighborhood stability. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he aligns diverse stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes. Mr. Hemminger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and brings a strategic, disciplined approach to creating long-term, high-quality housing.
