Asset Manager

Ms. Hendershott is an asset management and operations leader with over 20 years of experience overseeing multifamily portfolios through lease-up, stabilization, repositioning, and disposition. She has directed financial and operational performance for portfolios exceeding $300 million in value, with responsibility for budgeting, capital planning, compliance, financial reporting, and long-term asset strategy. Prior to joining Mosaic, she served in senior roles at Switzenbaum & Associates and RKW Residential, where she led operational initiatives, supported new development integration, and implemented systems that improved efficiency, resident retention, and NOI.

She brings extensive experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with property management partners, evaluating asset conditions, and developing strategies that maintain affordability while ensuring financial sustainability. Recognized for her analytical approach and strong communication skills, she builds consensus among owners, lenders, investors, and operational partners. Ms. Hendershott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC Charlotte and has served in multiple professional and community leadership roles.
