Ms. Lemos has over 25 years of multi-faceted real estate experience including title services, portfolio community association management and on-site property management. While working for Mosaic, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her role as Asset Manager, she maintains symbiotic relationships with partners, syndicator and investor representatives, as well as property management teams and residents. Lisa is responsible for the oversight of management, compliance, reporting, and fiscal performance of the organization’s diverse portfolio of affordable rental housing.
