As a valued Mosaic partners I want share that I have started to ease my way into retirement.  The Board of Directors is beginning a structured search for a new Executive Director as I transition into a part-time support roll starting in January 2023. The Board has procured the services of Armstrong McGuire to aid them in the search for a new leader.

After 22 years with Mosaic Development Group, Inc., I have decided it is time to let someone else take the wheel and guide the organization.  The decision to step back is a personal one.  I have other interests and goals that have been on the sidelines long enough and I am looking forward to embracing a lifestyle change and a renewed personal focus, including time with family and friends.

The success of Mosaic is due to an unequaled team of highly skilled and dedicated staff.  Through the years, we have challenged each other, learned from each other, and supported each other.  We have weathered the tough times and celebrated our achievements together.  With our board’s support and assistance from a wide array of individuals and organizations, we have successfully developed or renovated 25 affordable properties with over 1,200 units since I joined the team in 2000.  I am proud of the work we have done together and how we did it.
